Factor II

The Factor II reagents* detect G20210A mutation that is characterized by a guanine to adenine transition at position 20210 in the 3' untranslated region of the Factor II gene. No amplification required, genomic detection reagents*. Requires an instrument that can detect fluorescence of FAM and Redmond Red dyes such as a Tecan^® GENios^®, GENios^® FL or Infinite^® fluorometer.
