(hereinafter referred to as "TWT" or "the Company") and you. This Policy is designed to clarify the conduct standards, technical security baselines, and content compliance requirements that you must observe when accessing, logging into, ordering, or utilizing the TWT platform and all of its subsidiary products and services (including but not limited to Chat, Community, Link, Mail, Domains, etc.; collectively referred to as the "Services").
Please read the entire content of this Policy carefully prior to utilizing the Services. By registering, logging in, accessing, or in any manner utilizing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Policy. If you violate any provision of this Policy, TWT reserves the right, without prior notice, to take enforcement measures commensurate with the severity of the violation, including but not limited to blocking harmful information, restricting specific functions, temporarily suspending, immediately terminating services, deregistering accounts, without refunding any paid fees, and reserves the right to pursue relevant legal liabilities.
1. Scope of Application and Compliance Obligations
1.1 Applicable Subjects: This Policy applies to all individuals, corporate entities, or other organizations (collectively referred to as "you" or "Users") who access, register, order, or actually utilize the TWT platform and its subsidiary products and services, as well as all authorized sub-users, seating personnel, API integrators, end users, and team members who utilize the Services through your account. You shall be fully legally and contractually responsible for all actions, transmissions, and content executed through your accounts, API keys, and authorization credentials.
1.2 Universal Compliance Commitment: TWT is a one-stop global enterprise cloud SaaS platform operated by a Singapore corporate entity. Throughout your access and utilization of the Services, you must strictly abide by all applicable laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Singapore (including but not limited to the Penal Code, the Computer Misuse Act, the Spam Control Act 2007, the Cybersecurity Act, the Online Criminal Harms Act, and data protection legislation), as well as the applicable laws, regulations, and public morals of the jurisdictions where your business is actually conducted, where your service audience is located, and where you reside.
1.3 Trade Control and Sanctions Compliance: You confirm and warrant that neither you nor your authorized users are listed on any official sanctions lists, Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) lists, or restricted entity lists administered by the United Nations Security Council, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the United States, the European Union, or other competent sovereign jurisdictions. You are strictly prohibited from directly or indirectly exporting, re-exporting, transferring, or making the Services available to countries, regions, or specific entities subject to comprehensive embargoes or economic sanctions.

4. Communications and Anti-Spam Standards
4.1 Commercial Communications and Anti-Spam: You are strictly prohibited from utilizing instant messaging, email services, short message services, customer group chats, or open APIs provided by the Services to send unsolicited commercial marketing communications, junk messages, or spam. 4.2 Phishing, Spoofing, and Deceptive Conduct: You are strictly prohibited from forging sender addresses, packet headers, or IP origins to impersonate financial institutions, government regulatory authorities, well-known commercial brands, or official TWT representatives. You are prohibited from constructing deceptive phishing web pages or distributing deceptive system maintenance notifications designed to fraudulently solicit login credentials, bank accounts, private cryptographic keys, or identity records from users.
4.3 Fraud and Illegal Fundraising: You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Services to design, coordinate, or execute telecom fraud, advance-fee fraud, fake investment schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulent recruitment schemes, or Ponzi schemes intended to unlawfully expropriate property from third parties.
4.4 Communication Harassment and Bombing: You are strictly prohibited from scripting automated routines or exploiting technical vulnerabilities to execute SMS bombing, phone call bombing, malicious booking spamming, or fraudulent message flooding targeted at specific phone numbers or email addresses.
5. Intellectual Property and Personality Rights Protection
5.1 Respect for Third-Party Intellectual Property: You warrant that you possess valid intellectual property rights or lawful authorization for all data, text, images, audiovisual assets, software code, and business documentation uploaded, stored, or processed via the Services. Systems handling personal data must maintain a legitimate legal basis and adequate organizational safeguards.
6. Intelligent Technology and Automated Agent Standards
6.1 Compliance in Using Intelligent Tools: When utilizing automated workflows, artificial intelligence (AI) tools, intelligent customer service bots, autopilot agents, or generative models integrated into TWT platform products, users must strictly adhere to the following specialized rules in addition to the general provisions of this Policy:
(1) Prohibition of Adversarial Jailbreaking: You are strictly prohibited from utilizing engineered adversarial prompts, role-play bypass techniques, or algorithmic injection methods to induce or force AI models to circumvent safety guardrails or generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
(2) Prohibition of Malicious Deepfakes: You are strictly prohibited from utilizing platform AI generation tools to synthesize unauthorized audio, video, or deepfakes to impersonate third parties, spread falsehoods, or deceive the public into accepting synthetic media as real events.
(3) AI Transparency and Identification: When deploying AI customer service agents to interact directly with end-user consumers in automated chat sessions, you shall prominently disclose the automated nature of the agent to end users, and you shall not falsely claim human agent attendance.
(4) Human Intervention in High-Risk Scenarios: AI generation outputs shall not be relied upon as the sole basis for high-risk decisions (such as high-value financial investments, critical healthcare decisions, or binding legal arbitration) without qualified human-in-the-loop review.
7. Violations and Enforcement Measures
7.1 Sources of Violation Discoveries: TWT identifies violations through automated system security auditing, third-party threat intelligence reports, official complaint channels, user rights infringement reports, and formal legal notices issued by judicial and regulatory authorities.

Complaint categories include illegal and harmful content, intellectual property infringement, personal data violations, and fraud or security risks. TWT will verify reports in accordance with legal safe harbor requirements and take prompt remedial action.

(1) Compliance Warnings and Notices: Issuing formal warnings to the email address associated with the account, ordering immediate cessation of the infringing activity or deletion of offending content;
