How do I create and manage a project?
Create a project:
1. Go to https://www.twt.com
2. Click "14-day free trial" or "Login / Sign up"
3. Create a new project in the console
4. Jump to the agent workspace to configure settings
Edit project name and avatar:
Option 1: Console → Project Management, click the avatar/name to edit (https://chat-console.twt.com)
Option 2: Workspace → Settings → Customize → Appearance (https://chat.twt.com/workspace/settings/install/custom)
