How do I use the knowledge base?
1. Go to Workspace → Sidebar → AI Agent → Knowledge Base, and add content via documents or Q&A pairs
2. AI will automatically train on the content to build a project-specific knowledge framework
3. Enable the relevant capabilities in Copilot / Autopilot
4. When a visitor sends a message, AI searches the knowledge base and generates a reply
5. Both suggested and automated replies significantly improve response efficiency and accuracy
Which AI model does TWT Chat use?
We currently use a combination of OpenAI and QWen models, and dynamically update as better models become available.
