Welcome to Copilot. Relying on artificial intelligence and natural language processing technology, the service can intelligently generate recommended responses for customer service based on the knowledge base you upload, helping to respond quickly. If the problem is beyond the scope of the knowledge base, AI will directly generate the reply content through its own capabilities.
Configure copilot
To use the Copilot capability in your project, you need to add business-related knowledge first. You can add web URLs, articles, files, and frequently asked questions.
Enable auto suggestions
To turn on the recommended reply, you need to turn on the function in AI Agent > Copilot settings> auto seggestions. This feature is off by default.

After auto suggestions is enabled, the Copilot button in the conversation message input box is automatically enabled.

After clicking, Copilot will generate AI recommendation reply for you to check. The auto suggestions will be displayed above the message input box. You can send it directly or edit it and send it or completely discard it.

Note that the Copilot's suggestion in the picture above was improvised by AI, which means that the response is not based on any knowledge base you provided. When the AI Agent does not find the question of access consultation in the knowledge base, the Copilot is completely improvised. If you want the Copilot to be based on an existing knowledge base that you added,You can add more data sources to the knowledge base.
Once you click the "Send" Button, the generated reply content will be sent immediately

Of course, if you are not satisfied with the content of the Copilot reply, you can click the Copilot button in the message input box to regenerate a piece of content.
Enable message translation
To turn on the Enable message translation, you need to turn on the function in AI Agent > Copilot settings> message translation.

After chat translation is enabled, the chat translation function is displayed in the AI translation function in the conversation input box, which supports automatic translation of visitor messages into the target language. If you do not need to automatically translate the visitor's language, you can disable the chat translation feature.

Enable translate as you write
To turn on translation as you write, you need to turn on the function in AI Agent > Copilot settings > Enable translate as you write.

After translation as you write is enabled, the translation while writing function is displayed in the AI translation function of the conversation input box, which supports the real-time automatic translation of the content in the input box into the target language. If automatic translation is not required, the translate-while-writing feature can be disabled.
