Workspace Management
A workspace is an independent working space. Each workspace keeps its own website code, chat page and customization settings. On the Settings → Workspaces page you can view, switch, create, enable/disable and delete workspaces — all from the current workspace menu in the top-left corner of the page.
Open the Workspaces page
1. Sign in to the TWT Chat workspace and open Settings → Workspaces from the left-hand menu.
2. The name of the current workspace is shown in the top-left corner — click it to open the workspace menu. Project general settings is available to the right of the page title.

View and switch workspaces
1. Click the current workspace in the top-left corner to open the list. The list shows every workspace in the project with its status (default workspace, enabled or disabled), and the number of workspaces created is shown at the top right (for example 2/99).
2. Click an enabled workspace to make it the current workspace; the page reloads the settings of that workspace.
3. A disabled workspace is greyed out and cannot be clicked. Enable it first in Manage workspaces.
4. Selecting a workspace, clicking a blank area of the page or clicking the selector again closes the menu.

Create a workspace
1. Click the current workspace in the top-left corner and choose Add workspace at the bottom of the menu.
2. Enter the workspace name in the dialog and click Create workspace.
3. The new workspace is created as enabled and becomes the current workspace automatically.

Enable and disable a workspace
1. Click the current workspace in the top-left corner and choose Manage workspaces at the bottom of the menu.
2. Each workspace has a switch on the right: on means enabled, off means disabled. Once enabled, the workspace can be switched to and used normally.
3. The default workspace is always enabled and its switch cannot be turned off. If you disable the workspace you are currently using, the page returns to the default workspace.

Edit a workspace
1. The workspace name and logo follow the project identity: there is no separate entry to edit a workspace name or logo. Change the project name or logo in Project general settings and the workspace display updates automatically.
2. Edit the workspace's own settings (website code, chat page, customization) in the tabs below the Workspaces page. Saved changes apply only to the current workspace and do not affect other workspaces.

Delete a workspace
1. Open Manage workspaces and click Delete to the right of the workspace. The default workspace cannot be deleted, and an enabled workspace must be disabled first before Delete becomes available.
2. In the confirmation dialog, check the message “After deletion, ‘Workspace name’ can no longer be used. Delete it?” and click Confirm delete.
3. Deletion cannot be undone, so make sure the workspace is no longer needed before you continue.
