HTML Download
Whether on major social platforms or third-party messaging apps, official public links are occasionally blocked indiscriminately due to "platform risk control policies" (e.g., flagged as risky links, unable to open directly), preventing your visitors from accessing the customer service chat window normally.
To completely resolve this pain point, we have launched the HTML Download function. With just 3 simple steps, you can add a custom exclusive domain to your chat window, achieving high deliverability and consistent brand image!
Preparation
Before you start, please make sure you have the following:
1ăA custom domain you fully control (e.g., www.yourdomain.com)
2ăServer access permission (able to upload files via FTP, cPanel, or server admin panel)
Steps
Step 1: Download the HTML file
1ăGo to Settings â Installation module and enter the chat page
2ăClick the [Download HTML] button. The system will automatically generate and download a file named twt-chat.html
Note: The downloaded HTML file already has your exclusive chat link embedded, with mobile responsiveness and system permissions for voice/video pre-configured. It works out of the box with no coding required.
Step 2: Upload the file to your server
1ăLog in to your website server or hosting control panel (e.g., cPanel, cloud server console), or connect via an FTP tool (e.g., FileZilla)
2ăLocate your website root directory (usually wwwroot, public_html, or htdocs)
3ăDirectly upload the twt-chat.html file you just downloaded to this directory
Advanced usage: You may rename the file as needed. For example, renaming it to
support.html will update the access link accordingly.Step 3: Share using your custom domain
Once uploaded successfully, your exclusive chat link is ready!
If your domain is
https://www.yourdomain.com and the filename is twt-chat.html, your exclusive customer service access link will be:https://www.yourdomain.com/twt-chat.htmlYou can now safely set this new link on your social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Twitter), website buttons, or send it to customers via WhatsApp and other messaging apps â no more worrying about risk control blocks.
FAQ
Q: Is this deployment method secure? Will my account information be leaked?
A: Absolutely secure. The HTML package is essentially a secure wrapper (embedded via iframe) and contains no account passwords or sensitive data. All chat data remains strictly protected by our financial-grade data centers.
Q: Will the layout break when visitors open it on mobile?
A: No layout issues. We have pre-configured full mobile viewport responsiveness and disabled zoom in the HTML file, ensuring visitors enjoy a smooth, full-screen experience similar to a native app on mobile.
Q: Do I need to re-download the HTML file if I modify system settings?
A: No. As long as you do not switch projects (your exclusive chat link remains unchanged), one download works permanently. All changes and settings are synced in real time and reflected on your custom domain page.
Q: Why canât the link still open directly on some platforms after uploading?
A: Please verify whether your custom domain itself has been blacklisted by the risk control systems of relevant social platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook). As long as your custom domain has a good reputation, this HTML deployment will generally not be blocked.
