What is a chat page?
When you interact with visitors outside your site through apps, social media, and more, you can keep you reconnectable by sharing a direct chat link-a link through which customers can initiate a conversation, whether they have questions or want to learn more about you and your business.

Your chat page displays a welcome message and a chat box.
How to get a chat page
Enter the installation＞ chat page, in the chat page area, click copy.
Generate AppSecret
AppSecret is passed as a parameter when accessing the chat page and is used to associate with the customer data of the internal system.
AppSecret is empty by default, you need to enter the "installation＞ Development settings", in the developer ID click [generate] button can be generated. Note: After the AppSecret is generated, it will only be displayed once. Please save it properly. If it is lost, reset it.
Reset AppSecret
If you lose the AppSecret, you need to go to "installation＞ Development settings" and click the [reset] button in the developer ID to regenerate it. After the reset, the old AppSecret will be invalid immediately and a new AppSecret will be generated. Please keep it properly.
