After the project is created, you can set up administrators, manage subscriptions, and modify the project name in Project Management. To provide customer service, you need to log in to the customer service Workbench https://chat.twt.com operate.
Chat console vs agent workspace
Before you begin, please pay attention to the distinction between the Chat console and the customer service workspace. Console: Your current page: used to add customer service management accounts, subscription services, etc. Workspace: The place where customer service personnel really use to chat with customers and reply to visitor messages.
Click the [Enter Workbench] button to jump to the customer service side. You can also copy the URL directly.https://chat.twt.comSend it to your customer service team and let them log in directly.
Setup Admin
After a project is created, if it is the first project, the system will automatically synchronize the current TWT account as the administrator. The synchronization account does not have an initial password and needs to be set manually. The project administrator is responsible for the core work of customer service management, customer service invitation and customer service. If you need to add or modify an administrator, please go to the "Management" module at the bottom of the page to operate.
Modify the admin account and password
After you successfully add an administrator, you can see the administrator account and password information in the administrator module. Click the Modify button to modify the account and password.
Modify Project Name
If you need to modify the project name, please click the Edit button next to the project name, enter the new name in the pop-up dialog box, and click [Submit].
Manage subscriptions
You can learn the validity period of the current account and the number of customer service agents in the subscription module.
