Step 1: Create a project and enter the agent workspace.
Step 2: Choose an access method:
1. Share the chat link: click "Chat Page" at the top of the workspace homepage
2. Install the website widget: Settings → Installation → Website Code
3. Use your own domain: download the HTML and deploy it
Group & direct chat
Agents can initiate 1-on-1 or group chats (agent-initiated only).
• Desktop: Conversations → [+] next to Live Chat
• Mobile: Conversations → [+] top right
Group chats support up to 100 members.
Visitor settings
• Conversation title: Settings → Installation → Customize → General
• Limit visitor sessions: Settings → Customize → General → Session Features
If your link is blocked
• With a website: use the widget — visitors open it through your domain, unaffected.
• Without a website: buy a domain and deploy the platform's HTML under your own domain.
